Our recruitment process is divided into 4 phases - Initiation, Induction, Training, and Relationship Management, all of which are supported by an Operations group. Each phase is well-defined and is designed to ensure that no detail is left out in identifying the right talent and providing them with adequate support.

Arion's technical interview panel helps in the first level screening of candidates, ensuring only candidates with the "right fit" are presented for a particular need.
